Larry McFarlin and Laura George bring a combined 25 years of real estate experience to the Dallas Fort Worth market, with one shared priority: taking care of clients the right way.

Larry has been a licensed Texas Realtor since 2006 and has spent nearly two decades helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate DFW with confidence. He is a New Home Construction specialist who works directly with builders across the metroplex and knows firsthand which ones stand behind their work and which ones don’t. Having guided many clients through the full building process, Larry understands the details that matter, from contracts and upgrades to inspections and timelines.

Before real estate, Larry worked with companies like The Ritz-Carlton, Southwest Airlines, AT&T, and American Airlines. Those roles shaped his approach to service, communication, and follow-through. Clear expectations, steady guidance, and no shortcuts.

Laura George brings energy, discipline, and a strong business background to the team. Before entering real estate, she owned and operated several successful fitness businesses, building a reputation for leadership, accountability, and client-first service. She carried that mindset straight into real estate and earned Rookie of the Year honors in her first year in the DFW market. Laura is known for her work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to keep clients focused and informed through every step of the process.

They work great as a team, playing off each other's strengths to put buyers at ease while providing objective feedback and guiding the process. Not only are they both delightful to work with, but they are also really great at what they do, bringing creative ideas into successful negotiations and ensuring impactful things are factored into the contract to protect the buyer. They recently helped my daughter and son-in-law buy their first home, and they couldn't have been better at what they did every step of the way. We got to know Larry and Laura, and what really impressed me was how much they genuinely care about their clients. He helped tweak my search so we were able to refine our search even deeper. Then we hit a snag when my area went from a sellers to a buyers market almost overnight. He kept in touch consistently. When we finally moved to Texas to our temporary home, he understood we needed a break. When we did begin our search in earnest, as a result of our coordinated in depth research. We found a home within two weeks. It checked off almost every item we wanted plus he negotiated a decrease in price plus added some perks the builder would cover. A good man and a good friend.
